Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Ethan & Oliver Adventures. Each physical book is printed on demand, just for your family, and we also offer select digital products for instant download. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Print-On-Demand Books (Physical Products)
Because our books are printed on demand through a third-party printer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or ordering errors.
However, we absolutely want you to receive a book in excellent condition.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- With a manufacturing error
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Once verified, we will coordinate a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Issues
If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with your local carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, but we are happy to help you troubleshoot next steps when possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Digital Products (Downloads & Printables)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Pre-Loved & Discounted Items (If Applicable)
Any future “pre-loved” or discounted items will be clearly marked as such and are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
